WalkUpWave™ Terms of Service

1. About Our Service
WalkUpWave™ produces custom AI-powered walk-up songs for baseball and softball athletes. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Orders & Delivery
• Custom tracks are generally delivered within 24–72 hours after payment is received.

• Finished songs are sent via email to the address provided at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for submitting accurate player details and contact information.

• Delivery timelines may vary during high-volume periods.

3. Packages & What You Receive
Base Hit ($35): One custom 30-second walk-up song
Double ($65): Two custom 30-second walk-up songs

Triple ($90): Three custom 30-second walk-up songs
Home Run ($125): Up to five custom 30-second walk-up songs
Grand Slam Team Package ($150): Up to twelve custom 30-second walk-up songs
For multi-song packages, we will follow up after purchase to collect all necessary player information.
4. License & Usage

With your purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to:

• Use your song as a walk-up anthem at sporting events

• Play it for personal, non-commercial enjoyment

• Share it on personal social media accounts

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the track

• Claim copyright or ownership of the composition

• Use the song in commercial productions without written approval from WalkUpWave™

5. Refund Policy

Because all WalkUpWave™ songs are custom digital creations:

• Orders are non-refundable once production has started.

• If adjustments are needed, we are happy to collaborate on reasonable revisions.

• Refund requests may be reviewed if we are unable to fulfill your order.

6. Content Standards

WalkUpWave™ reserves the right to decline or revise requests that include:

• Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful material

• Content that violates intellectual property rights

• Explicit or inappropriate subject matter

7. Ownership

All songs remain the intellectual property of WalkUpWave™. Your purchase grants usage rights as outlined above. We reserve the right to showcase completed work for promotional or portfolio purposes.

8. Liability

WalkUpWave™ is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

9. Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
